Crider Landscape, Irrigation & Patio (CLIP Co) has been designing and installing hard and softscapes in the Greater Columbus area for over 15 years. We are a full-service lawncare, landscape and patio design & build company.  We hold the highest standards of quality and service for our customers and employees. We are currently seeking hard-working individuals to be a part of our landscaping team for the following positions: 

PATIO INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR - $25-$30/HOUR

This role will lead a crew for patio installation and hardscaping.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of landscape construction experience with paver patios, have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage field operations: coordinate the procurement and schedule use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget
• Operate various vehicles, hand tools and powered equipment with proficiency; understand and follow safety guidelines and quality standards
• Guide and mentor crew members and assist them in carrying out duties; serve as the primary interface between the customer and the crew

PATIO INSTILLATION CREW MEMBER - $18-$25/HOUR  

• Operate various company vehicles, hand tools and powered equipment
• Assist with installation of patios, fire pits, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, etc.

This role does not require previous experience and is an entry level position.  Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Both positions require a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to lift 75lbs on a regular basis. Experience in patio installation a plus, but not required.  We welcome candidates who have a passion to learn the landscape and hardscape profession.
